The Embodiment Project came to me in a dream well before I knew that I was going to study Human Design and the Gene Keys. I was living my own experiment with these systems, but had not really considered teaching or sharing them. This was born for collaboration, and we are just beginning, so watch this space!

About me... 

I am a passionate guide in Human Design, Gene Keys and all things frequency. I am devoted to walking alongside others on their journeys of self-discovery and personal transformation.

My journey has led me through the interconnected wisdom of Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, Chakra theory and Quantum Physics, which have deepened my understanding of human potential and the path to self-realisation. I am a certified Human Design and Astrology guide, Hypnotherapist, NLP and Reiki practitioner, and Energetic Alchemist.

Living, experimenting with, and embodying my Design has allowed me to move through life with more authenticity, clarity, and trust in myself. I’m continuously learning to embrace all parts of myself, even those I resist, which has been the most transformative gift. It supports me in navigating motherhood with my two little ones, helping me understand how they move through and interpret the world. It’s also been monumental in helping me understand the complexities of relationships and partnerships in the joyful and the deeply challenging moments.

This work has expanded my mind and my heart. Sharing these insights with others and supporting them in returning to their own truth is a source of immense joy and fulfilment for me.​

 

The journey of self-discovery through these modalities is more than insight. It’s an invitation to remember who you are, how you’re designed to move through life, and how to create relationships and experiences that feel aligned and alive. It’s my honour to walk beside you on this path, helping you understand your inner world and shape your life with greater intention, compassion, and joy.
